Bredgar Parish Council have completed replacement of the chestnut paling fence on the northern boundary and the wooden fencing at the entrance gate. The local landowner has kindly agreed to plan a new native hedgerow, in due course, alongside the new fence and in his field.

The work was completed with costs offset by £1,500 of funding from our Councillor Andrew Bowles's Kent County Council Combined Member Grants Scheme and a further £1000 grant from the KCC Sports Capital Grant fund.
